Welcome to OrderMyGiftNow (OMGNow). By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the delivery of gifts, cakes, and flowers across our operational areas, primarily Shivpuri, Guna, Ashoknagar, Datia, and Sheopur.

Gifting is an art, and all our perishable products are hand-crafted by local experts. Therefore:

• Visual Representation: The product images shown on the website are illustrative. Because flowers are natural products and cakes are hand-baked, the actual product delivered will not match the image 100%. Slight variations in shape, color, and design are inevitable.
• Props: Props shown in images are not included unless explicitly mentioned in the product description.

• Dynamic Pricing: Prices of products are subject to change without prior notice. During peak festival seasons, prices may vary due to high market demand and supply constraints.
• The price displayed at the final checkout page, inclusive of delivery charges and taxes, is the final price you will be billed.
• Orders are processed only upon the successful completion of the payment.

We strive to deliver on the requested date and time slot, but delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.

• Recipient Availability: Delivery will be attempted only once. If the recipient is unavailable, the premises are locked, or the provided address is incorrect, the delivery will be considered executed and no refund will be provided for perishable items.
• Hand Delivery vs. Courier: Flowers and cakes are hand-delivered locally. Personalized items may be shipped via courier and can take 3-5 business days.
• Midnight Deliveries: Midnight delivery slots are scheduled between 11:30 PM and 12:15 AM.

• Requests for order cancellation or modification must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
• Same-day delivery orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed, as the processing begins immediately.
• For personalized items, cancellation is not possible once the printing or customization process has started.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product:

• You must report the issue to our customer support via WhatsApp or Email within 3 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs of the damaged product.
• Upon verification, OrderMyGiftNow will offer a replacement or a full/partial refund, at our sole discretion.
• Refunds for canceled eligible orders will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Madhya Pradesh.
